Dasar Perhitungan Pajak Jual Beli Property :

Pajak Penjual = NJOP X 5%

Pajak Pembeli = NJOP – (Rp. 60 Juta) X 5%

Dasar Perhitungan Pajak PPJB :

Pajak Penjual = PPJB X 5%

Pajak Pembeli = PPJB – (Rp. 60 Juta) X 5%

*PPJB = Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli
